北京大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院(Peking University School of Transnational Law, 簡(jiǎn)稱“STL”)位于北京大學(xué)深圳校區(qū),創(chuàng)立于2008年,是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一提供美國(guó)法律培養(yǎng)模式(J.D.)的法學(xué)院, 也是中國(guó)及全世界范圍內(nèi),唯一將美國(guó)法律培養(yǎng)模式(J.D.)和我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的法律碩士培養(yǎng)模式(J.M.)相結(jié)合培養(yǎng)法律人才的法學(xué)院。同時(shí),學(xué)院還針對(duì)國(guó)際學(xué)生提供LL.M.培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目。STL廣泛聘請(qǐng)世界頂尖學(xué)者,成功組建了卓越的國(guó)際化師資隊(duì)伍。

因?qū)W院發(fā)展和工作需要,北京大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院招聘 國(guó)際項(xiàng)目辦公室專員1名。國(guó)際法學(xué)院將為獲聘者提供一個(gè)氣氛融洽的、雙語(yǔ)的、合作性的工作環(huán)境,讓獲聘者的個(gè)人能力和潛力在跨文化的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺(tái)中得到全面挖掘和提升。

國(guó)際項(xiàng)目辦公室專員是學(xué)院國(guó)際項(xiàng)目辦公室的重要成員,主要負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助推進(jìn)學(xué)院國(guó)際交流與合作項(xiàng)目,支持學(xué)院全球合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),并為國(guó)際學(xué)生、訪問(wèn)學(xué)者及海外合作伙伴提供行政與項(xiàng)目支持。國(guó)際項(xiàng)目辦公室專員向主管國(guó)際合作及國(guó)際項(xiàng)目的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)工作。

一、崗位職責(zé)

1.與北京大學(xué)本部及深圳研究生院相關(guān)職能部門保持溝通,完成本部及深研院要求的國(guó)際交流與合作相關(guān)工作;

2.協(xié)助學(xué)院開(kāi)展留學(xué)生招生工作,包括招生宣傳、材料審核、面試安排、通知發(fā)放、簽證協(xié)助等學(xué)位留學(xué)生入學(xué)的相關(guān)事宜;

3.協(xié)助管理參與學(xué)位留學(xué)生及交換留學(xué)生的相關(guān)學(xué)籍與學(xué)業(yè)事務(wù),包括學(xué)分認(rèn)定、成績(jī)記錄、學(xué)生檔案整理及相關(guān)信息管理等工作,并與學(xué)院教務(wù)部門保持溝通協(xié)調(diào);

4.承擔(dān)一定的學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作,包括為國(guó)際學(xué)生提供學(xué)習(xí)與生活方面的咨詢與支持,發(fā)布相關(guān)通知和信息,協(xié)助解決學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)與生活中遇到的問(wèn)題等相關(guān)學(xué)生管理職責(zé);

5.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院學(xué)生國(guó)際交流項(xiàng)目(如交換學(xué)習(xí)、短期訪學(xué)等)的組織與管理工作,包括項(xiàng)目宣傳、招生、申請(qǐng)材料收集與審核、項(xiàng)目對(duì)接及學(xué)生服務(wù)等;

6.協(xié)助學(xué)院開(kāi)展國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目的日常管理與協(xié)調(diào)工作,包括與海外高校及合作機(jī)構(gòu)保持溝通聯(lián)系,推進(jìn)合作項(xiàng)目的落實(shí)與執(zhí)行;

7.協(xié)助接待來(lái)訪的海外高校代表、訪問(wèn)學(xué)者及國(guó)際合作伙伴,參與安排訪問(wèn)行程、學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)及相關(guān)行政事務(wù);

8.協(xié)助開(kāi)展學(xué)院國(guó)際項(xiàng)目的數(shù)據(jù)整理、信息更新及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作,維護(hù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和項(xiàng)目檔案;

9.協(xié)助進(jìn)行學(xué)院國(guó)際交流信息發(fā)布、項(xiàng)目宣傳及相關(guān)英文材料的撰寫與編輯;

10.完成學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。

二、任職要求

1.碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限;具有法律、國(guó)際關(guān)系、教育管理或相關(guān)背景者優(yōu)先;

2.具有良好的中英文口頭與書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,能夠在雙語(yǔ)及跨文化環(huán)境中開(kāi)展溝通與工作;

3.具備較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力與溝通能力,能夠在多任務(wù)環(huán)境下高效推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目;

4.工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;

5.熟練使用Microsoft Office等辦公軟件,具備基本的數(shù)據(jù)整理與信息管理能力;

6.具有高校國(guó)際交流或行政管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

7.有海外學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。

Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL) is located at Peking University Shenzhen Campus. Founded in 2008, STL is the only law school in China offering the American J.D. degree program. It is also the world’s only law school that combines the American J.D. program with China’s traditional Juris Master (J.M.) program. Additionally, the school offers an LL.M. program for international students. STL has recruited top scholars worldwide and successfully built an excellent international faculty team.

Due to institutional development needs, we are seeking to hire one Officer of International Programs. The position offers a supportive, bilingual, and collaborative work environment, providing the successful candidate with a cross-cultural professional platform to fully develop and enhance their skills and potential.

The Officer of International Programs will be a key member of the STL’s office of Graduate and International Program, primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of international exchange and cooperation initiatives, supporting the development of the STL’s global network, and providing administrative and programmatic support to international students, visiting scholars, and overseas partners. The Officer will report to the leadership overseeing graduate and international programs.

I. Job Responsibilities

1.Liaise with relevant administrative offices at Peking University’s main campus and the Shenzhen Graduate School to support and implement international exchange and cooperation initiatives required by both campuses.

2.Assist in the recruitment and admission of international students, including admissions promotion, application materials review, interview coordination, issuance of admission-related notices, visa assistance, and other matters related to the enrollment of degree-seeking international students.

3.Assist in managing academic records and related administrative matters for degree-seeking international students and exchange students, including credit transfer and recognition, grade recording, student file management, and related information administration, while coordinating closely with the School’s academic affairs office.

4.Provide support for student affairs related to international students, including offering guidance on academic and daily life matters, issuing relevant notices and information, and assisting students in resolving issues that arise during their studies and campus life.

5.Support the organization and administration of the School’s student international exchange programs (such as semester exchanges and short-term study programs), including program promotion, student recruitment, collection and review of application materials, program coordination, and student services.

6.Assist with the administration and coordination of the School’s international cooperation initiatives, including maintaining communication with overseas universities and partner institutions and facilitating the implementation of collaborative programs.

7.Assist in hosting visiting delegations from overseas universities, visiting scholars, and international partners, including arranging visit schedules, academic exchange activities, and related administrative support.

8.Assist with the compilation, updating, and statistical analysis of data related to the School’s international programs, and maintain relevant databases and project records.

9.Support the dissemination of information on the School’s international exchange activities, program promotion, and the drafting and editing of related English-language materials.

10.Perform other duties as assigned by the School’s leadership.

II. Qualifications

1.A master’s degree or above in any field; candidates with backgrounds in law, international relations, education administration, or related disciplines are preferred.

2.Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment.

3.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support projects in a fast-paced environment.

4.Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software, with basic skills in data organization and information management.

6.Prior experience in international programs or administrative work in higher education institutions is preferred.

7.Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
