崗位快照Grocery / Sales DevelopmentLocation: Shanghai崗位概要Leads the development and ensures implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. 工作覆蓋范圍1. Ensure Sell-Out target of assigned scope is met 2. Manage POSM and allocate premiums, decorations, promoters, etc. according to plan and confirmed by CDT. within responsible channel/categories 3. Must -have SKUs distribution rate management, includes eDMS distribution tracking 4. Main superior communication with local sales management,field sales force by channel and the Business Unit, includes key SKU distribution
