Job responsibilities:
1. Work as a senior electrical engineer in a small group of engineers with responsibility for a complex medical device system.
2. Responsible for electrical engineering aspects of systems integration, DHF maintenance, Type Testing, systems assembly, release updates, etc.
3. Responsible for electrical engineering support to manufacturing and field service.
4. Responsibility and ownership of electrical aspects of system documentation.
5. Responsibility and ownership of electrical aspects of system troubleshooting.
6. Responsibility and ownership for localization (made in China) of electrical components.
7. Work in an international team, including early morning and late-night meetings.
8. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (up to two months in the USA).
Job requirements:
1. Place of residence in or near Tianjin.
2. Bachelor's (minimum) or Master’s (preferred) degree from a top Chinese or international university, majoring in electrical engineering or similar.
3. 8 years of work experience in a similar position.
4. Experience with complex systems and subsystems.
5. Applicable understanding of ISO-13485 and relevant medical device-related NMPA standards.
6. Experience participating in Type Testing – preferred but not mandatory.
7. Proficient in using electrical design software.
8. Optimistic personality, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
9. Very good English – written and (especially) verbal.
