Job Purpose:
職位目的:Responsible for technical function work, process and quality system continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 主要工作職責(zé):
1. Be responsible for the daily management of the process department, implement the various management systems and working procedures of the company and the department. Promote the implementation of the established goals of the process department.
負(fù)責(zé)工藝部門(mén)的日常管理工作,執(zhí)行公司及部門(mén)各管理制度、工作程序。推進(jìn)對(duì)工藝部門(mén)既定目標(biāo)的落實(shí)工作。
2. Manage and maintain process control systems, process documents, work instructions, operation procedures and other process standards; and organize process training for production personnel to enhance the process skills level of the team. Ensure that production activities are conducted in accordance with regulations and product quality is stable and reliable.
管理維護(hù)工藝控制系統(tǒng)、工藝文件、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)、操作規(guī)程等工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn);并組織對(duì)生產(chǎn)人員進(jìn)行工藝培訓(xùn),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)工藝技能水平。確保生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)有章可循,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定可靠
3. Organize process personnel to go deep into the production site, supervise the implementation of process discipline, and grasp the quality status; guide, urge and supervise the correct implementation of process standards, timely solve technical and process problems in production, and provide technical support.
組織工藝人員深入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),監(jiān)督執(zhí)行工藝紀(jì)律,掌握質(zhì)量狀況;指導(dǎo)、督促并監(jiān)督工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的正確執(zhí)行,及時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)工藝問(wèn)題,做好技術(shù)支持
4. Be responsible for collecting and analyzing quality complaint information from customers or internally. Through in-depth analysis of the complaint reasons, identify potential problems or deficiencies in the process, and propose targeted improvement measures to reduce the occurrence of similar complaints in the future.
負(fù)責(zé)收集并分析來(lái)自客戶(hù)或內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量投訴信息。通過(guò)深入分析投訴原因,識(shí)別工藝過(guò)程中的潛在問(wèn)題或不足,提出針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)措施,以減少未來(lái)類(lèi)似投訴的發(fā)生。
5. Organize the statistics and analysis of scrapped products in the production process, identify the key factors leading to scrapping. Based on the analysis results, formulate and implement strategies to reduce the scrap rate.
組織對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的報(bào)廢品進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,識(shí)別導(dǎo)致報(bào)廢的關(guān)鍵因素。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,制定并實(shí)施減少報(bào)廢率的策略。
6. Carry out technical research and improvement projects, continuously improve the level of process technology, continuously reduce the scrap rate, complaint rate, and improve the first-pass rate.
開(kāi)展技術(shù)攻關(guān)和技術(shù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目,不斷提升工藝技術(shù)水平,持續(xù)降低報(bào)廢率、投訴率,提升一次通過(guò)率。
7. Be responsible for the collection and filing of process technical data and information, be able to conduct process analysis using historical data and identify improvement opportunities.
負(fù)責(zé)工藝技術(shù)資料、數(shù)據(jù)的收集及歸檔工作,能夠利用歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行工藝分析,識(shí)別改善機(jī)會(huì)。
