Core responsibilities：
-Support sales team offering engineering solutions and sales tools like demo, TIS, PPT etc.
-Understand customers’ needs/challenges through phone interaction, email or direct visits
-Coordinate with sales on customer new projects/applications for detailed technical information and lead feasibility study.
-Lead customer projects and assist in the new products development and the transition to PPAP/routine production
-Product design for new opportunities
E.g. application analysis, Lifetime estimation, material selection, sizing trials, assembly job advises, torque measurement, wear analysis, etc.
-Coordinate application tests and competitor analysis with R
