Job Responsibilities:
1.Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available and effective.
2.Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.
3.Instruct and training the maintenance electrical technician on site.
4.Support the electrical daily maintenance.
5.Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.
6.Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.
7.Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.
8.Complete the tasks from supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and above, majored in automaton and related
2.Experience on maintenance or electric design is preferred.
3.CET4 or above, good oral English
4.MS Office
5.Skilled in PLC or automation control system program.
6.Proactive;Good interpersonal relationship; Good team spirit; Ability to solve problem.
