To promote the development of the accounting discipline at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), and to attract top-tier academic talents, Mr. Zhang Zengji, Chairman of Hong Kong Herald Holdings Limited Group and Honorary Trustee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has donated a special fund to establish the "Zhang Tongshen Endowed Professor" position. This position is intended to recruit one leading scholar with internationally academic reputation and leadership, who will lead the frontier development of the discipline and enhance the academic influence and internationalization level of both the Department of Accounting and the College.

一、招聘崗位Position

“張桐森”冠名教授1名，研究方向包括財務(wù)會計、管理會計、財務(wù)管理、審計、稅務(wù)、ESG、人工智能與大型語言模型在會計中的應(yīng)用等核心及交叉領(lǐng)域。

One Zhang Tongshen Endowed Professor in Accounting. Research areas include core and interdisciplinary fields such as financial accounting, management accounting, financial management, auditing, taxation, ESG, and the application of artificial intelligence and large language models in accounting.

該崗位為學(xué)校全職教職崗位，受聘者需全職到崗工作。聘任期限及相關(guān)管理安排按照上海交通大學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

This is a full-time tenured faculty position at SJTU. The appointment term and evaluation procedures will be conducted in accordance with the University’s relevant policies.

二、崗位職責(zé)JobResponsibilities

1.學(xué)科引領(lǐng)：把握學(xué)科前沿，牽頭制定發(fā)展規(guī)劃，引領(lǐng)核心領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)突破。

Discipline Leadership: Guide the frontiers of the discipline, take the lead in developing strategic development plans, and foster breakthroughs in core research areas.

2.團隊建設(shè)：培育青年骨干，優(yōu)化人才梯隊。

Team Building: Cultivate young academic backbones, and optimize the talent echelon.

3.教學(xué)科研：講授核心課程，培養(yǎng)拔尖人才；牽頭重大科研項目，產(chǎn)出標(biāo)志性成果。

Teaching and Research: Deliver core courses and cultivate top-tier talents; lead major scientific research projects and produce landmark academic achievements.

4.學(xué)術(shù)交流：推動國內(nèi)外合作，擴大學(xué)科影響力。

Academic Exchange: Promote both national and international cooperation and expand the influence of the discipline.

三、申請條件ApplicationRequirements

1.遵守法律法規(guī)，品行端正，治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，恪守學(xué)術(shù)誠信。

Comply with national laws and regulations, uphold high ethical standards, maintain a rigorous academic attitude, and adhere to academic integrity.

2.在國內(nèi)外知名高校、科研機構(gòu)任長聘副教授或以上職務(wù)。

Hold the rank of tenured associate professor or above at renowned universities or research institutions globally.

3. 學(xué)術(shù)聲望高，研究成果獲國際公認(rèn)，處于領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)先水平。

Possess high academic prestige and internationally recognized research achievements at the forefront of the accounting field.

4. 有學(xué)科引領(lǐng)能力，能帶領(lǐng)團隊開展重大科研攻關(guān)。

Demonstrate the capacity to lead disciplinary advancement and guide the team in conducting major research initiatives.

5. 教學(xué)功底深厚，能講授學(xué)科核心課程。

Possess strong teaching proficiency and the ability to teach core accounting courses.

6. 研究方向與會計系發(fā)展需求契合。

Research interests align with the Department of Accounting’s development priorities.

7. 承諾全職到校工作，年齡一般不超過55周歲，特別優(yōu)秀者可放寬。

Commit to full-time on-campus work; the general age limit is 55, with flexibility for exceptionally distinguished candidates.
