職責(zé)描述： Role Overview: We will be conducting an onsite production line installation project in Sunderland UK, where we need a dedicate on-site supervisor to oversee the installation supplier’s quality and schedule of work, communicate with the client face to face and make daily/weekly report to the project control tower team overseas. This role is required to oversee every aspect of the installation process, ensuring the installation team’s work is effective and properly planned from start to finish; to liaise directly with the client and area Installations managers ensuring client’s requirements are being fulfilled properly; and to be responsible for reactions to solve all raised issues on site immediately and keeping the project team up to date with all necessary information. Responsibilities: ? Coordinate wherever necessary between the client and installation supplier to fulfill the client’s requirements ? Monitor cargo unloading and login into the plant sites ? Take records of manpower, machinery and equipment applied on daily basis during the whole installation process ? Ensure every installation step is executed on time and accurately ? Collaborate with internal teams and factory or contractor teams to guarantee and smooth the working conditions and environments ? Assist to resolve any difficulties or concerns that occur during the move-in and installation process in a timely and professional manner ? Support to resolve administration matters, such as accommodation and organization of translators ? Maintain correct records, documentation, and reports for each step in the process ? Work collaboratively with the commercial team on costs recording and accounting ? Schedule and attend to meetings between the client and onsite installation teams or project control tower whenever needed ? Build and maintain good relationship with installation suppliers ? Consistently seek to improve service delivery and the entire client experience ? Liaise with insurance matters whenever there is an incident or damage ? To maintain up to date and accurate information on the control tower’s IT system. 任職要求： ? Strong knowledge of logistics and installation, including coordination. ?
