Specific Responsibilities: 1.Assist EHS head to establish company-wide EHS standardized management system, including Policy, process, procedures, standard, etc. 2.Assist EHS head for overall EHS management, to ensure the EHS compliance, avoid EHS and Security incident and accident happening. 3.Be responsible for company-wide EHS internal and external audit, such as compliance audit, peer review, cross site audit, specific area audit, supply chain audit, etc. Track the CAPAs and evaluate the effectiveness. 4.Be responsible for company-wide EHS hazard identification and risk assessment, report to management team, assist each site to take effective control measures, to reduce the EHS risk continually. 5.Provide professional consulting and support for each site EHS. 6.Lead company level EHS continuous improvement program, such as SFIP, Back to Basic, Process Safety and others. 7.Lead EHS expert team to implement EHS technical project. 8.Assist EHS head to enhance and improve EHS culture. 9.Manage and maintain the EHS HQ data and record. 10.Develop and implement company-wide EHS training programs. 11.Support new project and ESG in EHS. 12.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications / Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree majoring environment or safety and related fields Work Experience: 8 years relevant experience in multi-national industrial company Required Skills: 1. Good computer skill (Windows, Word Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 2. Good written, reading and oral communication skills in English Ability to apply related knowledge and skills to improve EHS programs. 3. Knowledge of products and understanding of process 4. Ability to plan and organize the EHS activities of others with clear instruction. 5. Strong knowledge of international, national, local EHS with relevant laws and regulations. 6. Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system. 7. Strong trouble shooting ability and EHS practical ability. 8. Strong and convincing communication skills. 9. Certified Safety Engineer 10. Can work under pressure. 11. Familiar with electrical safety, machine safety and fire protection are preferred. 12. Familiar with HAZOP、LOPA、FEMA and PM are preferred
